For the last 17 years, we’ve specialized in providing unique services and personalized care to every patient who walks through our doors. Pharmacy Assistant As our new pharmacy assistant, you will: * Work alongside the pharmacist to process and prepare prescriptions * Provide excellent customer service in-person and via phone to patients * Maintain inventory levels and pharmacy supplies to ensure the smooth operation of our dispensary Your customer service and communication skills will be the pillars of your success here. You’ll bring a compassionate, patient-first focus to all your interactions, and will go above and beyond to help the diverse members of our community. The Details: This is a part-time, permanent position working approximately 20 hours per week to start. Our pharmacy is open 7 days per week, between 9 am and 9 pm (with shortened weekend hours). You can expect to work evenings and weekends. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pharmacy assistant or pharmacy technician role in a Canadian pharmacy * Customer facing experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment * Experience in a large retail pharmacy chain is preferred, but not required * Certification as a registered pharmacy technician is an asset, but not required How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
