We are seeking a senior HR Leader to lead HR end to end Supply Chain Operations and strategy while being based at a jumbo food & beverage manufacturing facility and reporting into corporate HR in the USA. This role is instrumental in shaping workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while driving talent development and organizational efficiency that can thrive in a highly matrix led global organization.
About the Role:
As the Associate HR Director Supply Chain, you will be the key HR leader on-site, supporting plant leadership and overseeing HR initiatives for a manufacturing workforce leading a team of 10 direct reports. You’ll play a crucial role in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a strong, people-first culture for Canadian Operations.
