Community Activity Worker

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Activity Worker to join our dynamic team in Kelowna! This is a permanent part-time position (0.62FTE) and works dayshifts on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Your Role:
In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing established activities to meet clients’ activation, life skills, recreational, and social needs, fostering their overall social, physical, and emotional well-being. The position involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and encouraging their participation in various activities. As a valued team member, you'll have the opportunity to adapt and modify activities to cater to the special needs of clients, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
