The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible to prepare, review, and / or edit various forms of correspondence. This position will assist in the compilation of data for various reports. This role will also maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Prepare, review, and / or edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports;
  • Data entry and general administrative duties;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions;
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
  • Photocopy, fax, scan and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing; and
  • Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.

What you’ll bring to our team

  • One year of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingualism in French & English is a requirement ;
  • Organization - Able to create or maintain processes to ensure all relevant information or tools are easily accessible;
  • Professionalism - Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment;
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Attention to Detail - Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered;
  • Communication - Expresses and transmits information with consistency and clarity;
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English. French understanding is an asset;
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment; and
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
