Nanny & Household Support (Long-Term) Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM** $17–$19/hour** Join Our Family! We are a warm, professional family looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable nanny/household support person to become an important part of our family for the long term. Our daughter is an active, curious, and happy 3-year-old who loves being outdoors, going for walks, reading books, exploring new activities, and learning through play. She will be starting Pre-K in September and will attend Monday through Friday from **9:00 AM to 11:30 AM**. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children while also helping keep our home running smoothly during the day. Schedule Monday–Friday 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM** Occasional flexibility to stay an extra hour when needed Occasional weekend babysitting (a few hours) would be appreciated but is not required Responsibilities Child Care * Be there when our daughter gets home from Pre-K. * Prepare and serve her lunch. * Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities. * Go for walks, play outside, read books, and encourage learning through play. * Put her down for her afternoon nap. * Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where she can learn and thrive. Household Support * Tidy up toys and play areas. * Children's laundry and keeping her room organized. * Light housekeeping (kitchen tidy-up, wiping counters, vacuuming/sweeping as needed). * Help maintain an organized home throughout the day. * Assist with light meal preparation for the family. * General household support while our daughter is at Pre-K or napping. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: * Warm, kind, patient, and trustworthy. * Energetic and enjoys being active with children. * Organized, proactive, and takes initiative. * Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term position with one family. * Comfortable working in a home where both parents work remotely. * Flexible when occasional schedule changes arise. Preferred Qualifications * Previous childcare experience with references. * **Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from work.** * **Current CPR and First Aid certification.** * **Willing to complete a Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Check).** About Us We are a professional couple who both work from home. While we're home most days, we occasionally travel or attend meetings, so we're looking for someone who can confidently manage the day while creating a fun, loving environment for our daughter.
