The Role

Reporting into the Group Vice President of Construction, the Director of Construction for the High-rise division will have responsibility for the successful execution, close-out and handover of all projects on the owners behalf .

If you are collaborative and excel in bringing teams and partnerships together, leading construction activities including extensive contract management oversight specifically CCDC2 and risk management from the owners perspective and reviewing all construction third party contractors deliverables then this is the role for you.

A large part of this role will be to develop credible relationships with the key team members within partners’ organizations, such as construction management companies and provide oversight of these partners’ activities from the outset of each project.

Collaboration with the development, leasing and asset management teams within the company is critical to the success of all projects, and improving and maintaining that communication will be an important function of the Director of Construction.
