Description de poste

Working with the Administrative group you will be involved in the daily administrative operations within the Payroll department.

This position is an in-office role.

Responsibilities :

  • Tracking employee vacation days and absences and updating calendars / records
  • Responding to employee questions about vacations bookings and entitlements
  • Updating reports organizing and filing documentation
  • Process employee changes (address changes title changes salary changes transfers etc.)
  • Provide administrative assistance to the payroll department with various other tasks

Qualifications :

  • College or University Education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
