MasterTech is on the search for a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician for a busy shop in Calgary AB.

The successful Technician will be responsible for the maintenance diagnostics and repair of specialized heavy equipment (construction earth moving forestry mining landscaping etc.). Occasional field servicing needed.

Compensation :

  • 40.00 $45.00 / hour.
  • Comprehensive benefits package along with paid time off service truck gas card.
  • RRSP with matching contributions.
  • 3 weeks prorated PTO.

Key Qualifications :

  • Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Journeyman or high level Apprentice.
  • Excellent understanding of electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • Working knowledge on medium to heavy duty equipment (skid steers excavators drills ag equipment etc.)
  • Able to work independently.
  • Owns a set of tools.
  • Valid drivers license.

    • Shift :

  • Days 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
