Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop at Baseline and Clyde in Ottawa is looking for experienced Barbers and Hairstylists to join our team!

We’re looking for people who love their craft, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in delivering great haircuts and an even better experience.

Whether your specialty is fresh fades, classic cuts, or beard grooming, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
• Creating a welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back
• Building relationships with guests and understanding their styling preferences
• Staying current with barbering techniques and grooming trends
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Working with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for Barbers and Hairstylists who bring both technical skills and great customer service to the chair.

Qualifications:

• Ontario-certified Hairstylist (332A) or registered apprentice
• Experience with men's haircuts, fades, and grooming services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current barbering styles and techniques
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
