Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead complex projects and mentor high-performing teams? Our client, a well-established construction firm with a growing presence in Moncton, NB, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive project success and support regional growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead multiple commercial / industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, teams, and site leadership.
- Promote a strong safety culture and high-quality workmanship.
- Mentor Project Managers and site teams, elevating project management standards.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, implementing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate across operations, estimating, and other internal teams.
