The Moderation organization’s mission lies at the core of Reddit's success as a platform : we build features that enable moderators to create and grow meaningful, destination communities. Moderators are a key pillar of Reddit’s success, and act as community leaders and tastemakers, ensuring there’s something on Reddit for everyone. This team drives several core product metrics for the entire Reddit ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Drive new features from end-to-end through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.
• Help craft a modern user experience for accessing content and communities on Reddit.
• Contribute to a Reddit design system, a component library paired with UI best practices and tools for our design team to enable teams at Reddit to work faster and at a higher quality bar.
• Help build the technical foundation for future features and experiences.
• Focus % of your time on frontend development.
