Junior Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Greet and direct visitors in friendly and professional manner.
• Receive and sort daily mail and assist with courier deliveries.
• Maintain stock of office and kitchen supplies.
• Book and set up meeting rooms.
• File, photocopy, and maintain records.
• ​Data entry including the completion of forms and templates; follow up with departments to obtain missing information.
• Other administrative tasks as required.
