About the Opportunity

• Invoicing : Mostly automatic invoicing some manual invoicing. For manual, Go into portal create invoice in excel, convert into pdf, ensure it aligns, account for any shortages or overages, then send out to individual customers. For automatic invoicing, go into portal and upload invoices directly

Trade Management : Access Customer driven portals to download claim back up and contracts. Attach to deductions & promotions

Access virtual mailboxes for non portal customers -claim copies - attach to SAP deductions & promotions

Reach out via email to our BDM’s for any missing promotional contracts

About You

3+ years of invoicing experience

Trade Management experience

Excel

Pay Range

$26 - $28 / hour
