Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development : Configure and customize IDP platforms (Kofax, ABBYY, IQ Bot, Hyperscience, Rossum, Indico, UiPath DU, Parascript, etc.) to meet business requirements.

Develop workflows for document ingestion, classification, extraction, and validation.

Integration & Deployment : Integrate IDP solutions with RPA tools, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications; ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

Data Extraction & Validation : Implement OCR, NLP, and machine learning models for accurate data extraction; build validation rules and exception handling processes.

Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize IDP processes for accuracy, speed, and efficiency; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements; prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IDP solution development and deployment, handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.

Hands‑on experience with IDP platforms (Kofax TotalAgility, ABBYY FlexiCapture, IQ Bot, Hyperscience, Rossum, Indico, UiPath DU, Parascript).

Strong knowledge of OCR technologies, NLP, and machine learning concepts.

Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and API integrations.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java for custom scripting and automation.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred : Certification in Kofax, ABBYY, UiPath DU, or similar IDP platforms.

Preferred : Experience with cloud‑based IDP solutions (AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI).

Preferred : Knowledge of AI / ML frameworks for document processing.
