The Role

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Minga, youll support and scale our go-to-market engine. This role sits within Revenue Operations and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our marketing systems, data, and processes work cleanly, consistently, and at scale.

This isnot a content or campaign strategy role.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys systems, workflows, data accuracy, and making things run properly behind the scenes.

Youll report directly to theSenior Revenue Operations Manager

and play a key role in keeping Marketing execution aligned with revenue goals.

What Youll Do

Marketing Systems & Execution

• Own day-to-day operational support for marketing tools (primarily Hubspot CRM + marketing automation)
• Build, QA, and maintain workflows for :

Lead capture

Data Hygiene & Governance

Reporting & Insights

Cross-Functional Support
