Key Responsibilities: Consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
Educate clients on life, health, and supplemental insurance options.
Recommend suitable policies based on client goals, budget, and risk profile.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships through ongoing support and service.
Meet individual and team sales goals through referrals and outreach.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Who You Are: A strong communicator with a desire to help others Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required Must be eligible to work in Canada or the U.S.
