This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early career professional to build HR knowledge and gain exposure across multiple industries. The successful candidate will expand their knowledge in recruitment, total rewards, and collective bargaining agreements. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

You will work closely with hiring managers across the CRS, collaborating often with People and Culture team members to best meet their needs. You will report into one of two Supervisors, Talent Acquisition who value collaboration, adaptability, and cohesion. You’ll be supported by a passionate team of recruiters, HR administrators, and a senior sourcing specialist, driven by a shared belief that people always come first.
