Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform the Cycle Counter responsibilities within the approved Plant procedures.
- Develop and maintain an effective Cycle Count Schedule
- Perform daily cycle counts as per the schedule.
- Monitor variance root cause corrective action implementation progress and engage appropriate Plant personnel as required.
- Generate daily Inventory Adjustment Approval Reports and submit for Approval.
- Update Inventory records upon receipt of Approval to do so.
- Maintain detailed Cycle Count records and generate daily weekly monthly reports as required.
- Assist Materials Manager with planning and execution of Physical Inventories as required.
- Load unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
- Perform other material handling activities such as counting weighing sorting packing and unpacking.
- Operate winches and other loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks.
- Perform tow motor inspection.
- Keep all manufacturing and shipping / receiving areas organized.
- May perform other activities such as opening containers and crates filling warehouse orders assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.
Educational Requirements :
Grade 12 diploma or equivalentRequired Skills & Expertise :
You have at least 3-5 years previous work-related experience in the same or related industry.Must have forklift experience in sit down propane counterbalance and stand-up reachValid drivers Permit and Forklift external licenceExperience in Manufacturing Industry is an assetLifting up-to 50lbs manuallyPhysical Demands :
