Description de posteBasic English is required to understand road signs and fill logbook Be able to work in individuals or in a team Clean driving abstract Operate and drive trucks / trailer to transport goods and material to destinations all over Canada and USA. Oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment, loading and unloading, and safety and security of cargo. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment. Maintain logbook, record cargo information, distance travelled, fuel consumption and other information in logbook. Obtain special permits to cross Canada / USA borders. Coordinate with dispatcher.

Term of employment : Full-time, Permanent Position with 40-50 hours per week
Job location : Travel across Canada and USA with base at 2524 216 Street Langley, BC V2Z 1P4
Shifts : Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings
Salary : $37 per hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times per hour exceeding 60 hours per week
Job requirements :
- Credentials : Class 1 or A driver's license with air brake endorsement.
- Education : High School
- Experience : No experience required. On the job training will be provided
