Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts & Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of equipment, inventory, and service-related activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination between teams, and the smooth execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be based on experience and industry standards
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary:• Coordinate maintenance and service activities, ensuring effective communication between operational and technical teams. • Manage work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment history. • Oversee the procurement, receipt, and inventory control of parts, supplies, and materials. • Monitor maintenance progress and support compliance with organizational safety and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in parts management, service coordination, or a similar role
• Familiarity with construction equipment, mechanical parts, and maintenance operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems, including work order management and inventory software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, supervisors, and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety
• Valid Class 5 Drivers license and reliable vehicle
