Reporting to the founder, editor-in-chief, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tactics to ensure the proper functioning, organization and coordination of the organization's activities including various files including the administrative management of the office.

roles and responsibilities
Administrative support and communication
- Assists management and the team on a daily basis
- Write letters, memos, working papers; prepare reports and presentation materials
- Management of the annual calendar and the organization's email box
- Management of the various subscriptions and ensures their renewal
- Management of expenditure accounts in accordance with established policies
- Social media management (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
- Ensure the publication of relevant articles and newsletters online
Operations support
Coordinates various projects in collaboration with the teamPerform internal data entry and managementManagement of the organization's various programsParticipate in the process of recruiting young people, from selection to integrationBe available to travel according to the needs of the organization.Promotion of the organization

Degree in a relevant field with 3 years of experience in similar positionsExperience in a similar position or in an agencyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Editorial masteryGood knowledge of traditional and digital communication tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, Webflow)Knowledge of social media management tools (Ex.
