We welcome educators who are committed to academic excellence, cultural engagement, and community partnership.Position OverviewAs a High School Teacher, you will:Deliver high-quality instruction across assigned subject areas in accordance with the Ontario Curriculum.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the strengths, identities, and cultures of First Nation learners.Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, families, and community members to help students succeed.Integrate land-based and cultural learning into classroom teaching where appropriate with the support of our land-based coordinators.Support extra-curricular and sports activities as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) with qualification to teach in Ontario.Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification preferred.Experience in secondary education and curriculum planning.Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.A commitment to culturally relevant teaching and community engagement.
