Merchandiser

Description:

Display & Assembly: Build and assemble in-store product displays and promotional setups; Stock & Unpacking: Unpack incoming inventory orders, organize stock, and help maintain warehouse or backroom organization; Customer Service & Sales: Assist beauty industry clients and retail customers in finding appropriate products and educational resources; Store Operations: Open and close the store independently, handle cash/counter duties, and alternate between local store branches as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales or retail experience (preferred for consultant/sales roles);High school diploma or equivalent; Industry Passion: Strong interest and baseline knowledge of professional beauty products and the beauty industry; Capability to lift heavy inventory (such as 50 lbs packages in the warehouse); Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
