We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated Recruitment Advisor for a large organization in south Burnaby. This role is with a company expanding across Canada within the healthcare sector. If you are a recruiter who enjoys staffing multiple roles at once and collaborating with a team of recruiters this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities:
-Full cycle recruitment for office locations across Canada
-Posting jobs and screening applicants
-Presenting candidates to hiring managers/scheduling interviews
-Preparing offer letters, negotiate salaries
-Conducting recruitment reports
-Assist with onboarding and HR support as needed
Requirements:
- Must work in office 100% of time
-Must have or be interested in getting CPHR designation upon hire
-3-5 Years in Recruitment role
-Experience with Sales and Negotiations
-Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources
