Summary of Job  The Project Administrator & Domain Name Specialist provides support to the Project Management team, in order to ensure smooth project and departmental operations; while also supporting Trader employees and dealers with issues related to domain name management. Project Administration :

  • Assist project managers with project related tasks (project dashboard setup, website content migration, website crawls, redirects, create callback URL tickets, etc.)
  • Pull and format reports from various systems as needed Domain Name Management :
  • Oversee launches of dealer websites
  • Overseeing domain name transfer requests.Troubleshoot domain related issues with dealers, third parties and corporate partners.

Education, Experience and Technical skills 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roleUniversity degree in business or related fieldExperience in project administration.Proficient in MS Office tools, Project Management software (JIRA), Amazon Web Services Console, Content Management Systems (CMS),Content Delivery Network (CDN)Experience in a technology companyDomain name setup and management experienceFamiliarity with webhosting technologies
