Room for growth, their Plant Manager started as a Machine Operator and kept getting promoted.

JOB SUMMARY :

The company is a multinational fine chemical manufacturer. We deliver innovative and reliable chemical products and services to its customers in the semiconductor, display, and energy industries.

Need skilled Machine Operators. Someone who has the potential to use a Lyle Series - Brown Machine would be a huge plus. They make tons of different products such as noodle cups, Food Containers, and Chocolate candy holders. Different molds for the various products and having to adjust the temperatures according to the product. Machines are more manual than automatic.

Primary Functions :

1. Running thermoforming machines by feeding materials and controlling programs. Coordinating the manufacturing of the plastic

department.

2. Monitoring the activities of team members and machinery to ensure production quality.

3. Periodically work with QC testing samples of cups for leaks.

4. Watch packers placing a specified number of trays in tubes preparatory to packing.

5. Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing of thermoforming equipment.

6. Organizing and scheduling effectively in support of production priorities.
