YOUR BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS

• Lead all day-to-day site operations from mobilization through to completion
• Drive productivity, scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
• Keep the site running safely, cleanly, and efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards
• Hold subcontractors and crews accountable to timelines, expectations, and workmanship
• Coordinate inspections, site meetings, reporting, and documentation
• Identify risks early, solve problems fast, and keep the project moving forward
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, multi-family, or institutional projects
• Tech-Savvy Execution: Experience using project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Safety-First Mentality: A track record of building and enforcing a proactive safety culture.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to align teams, clients, and executives toward a common goal.
