Job Location : Burnaby, BC Shift Type : Full Time Wage range : $80,000 - 90,000 / yearly DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure all contractual and client standards are met Supervise, coach, and support a team of up to 40 employees , including frontline staff and supervisors Train new hires and support ongoing employee development and performance Build a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams Manage inventory and supplies efficiently to control costs Address issues proactively and implement practical, risk-aware solutions Handle performance management, corrective actions, and policy enforcement when required Support project work, growth initiatives, or additional sites as needed Provide occasional after-hours support (evenings / weekends) to meet operational needs KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Work-related experience equivalent to a business-related post-secondary diploma Minimum 5 year of related work experience Ability to pass Canadian Criminal Background Check Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Understanding of Business Accounting Comprehensive understanding of the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act Strong leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills BEST is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
