What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Events Coordinator Intern within our PayByPhone line of business based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will harness your organizational skills, logistics / events know-how, and “can do” attitude to all aspects of the job. You will also represent and support the North American Marketing Specialist in the planning, execution, and post-event reporting for all corporate events, and by connecting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must reside in or nearby our head office in Vancouver, BC as some work on-site will be required. Additionally, this position will require travel within North America to set-up, attend / support, and tear-down trade show events, and as such this position will involve some mandatory evening and weekend work.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and organizational skills along with outstanding time management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to manage and prioritize competing tasks. You also aren’t afraid to jump right in to deal with problems directly.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $22.00 -$25.00 CAD hourly. We consider several factors when determining a proposed hourly rate, including but not limited to : experience, education, location, budget, and internal equity. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes fairness and consistency, and job offers will be evaluated case-by-case.
