The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. Youare responsible forproducing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensuretheyreclearly understood by relevant teams
  
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
  
• Builda product pricing strategy with therevenue teamsand other stakeholders
  
• Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing

• Contribute to product documentation, demo environments,and otherenabling material

• Responsible for the overall quality of the delivered products
  
• Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycle
  
• Provide support to existing customers on the product needs
  
• Build a product roadmap for the products
  
• Responsible for gathering requirements from the clients
  

About you:

• Five or more years of experience in product development, productmanagementand/or business analysis, especially in Finance,Banking orCredit Union industries
  
• In-depth knowledge of agilemethodologyfor product development
  
• Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation

• Experience with products sold through a marketplace
  
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
  
• Proficiencywith applicable productmanagement tools and technology
