As Venue Manager, you will lead our operations team and be the driving force behind excellent guest experiences, staff engagement, and operational success.

About the Role

The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work directly with ownership to ensure the venue runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and fun.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be supporting shifts, coaching team members, and directly interacting with guests, all while shaping the culture of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support team leads and floor staff
  • Hire, train, and develop team members
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, performance feedback, and mentorship
  • Oversee daily scheduling and staffing levels
  • Ensure compliance with BC Employment Standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure birthday parties, group events, and attractions run smoothly
  • Maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests
  • Manage cash handling, reporting, and shift accountability
  • Assist leadership with budgeting and operational planning

What Do You Bring to the Team?

  • 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, family entertainment or attractions
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and confident in decision‑making

    Compensation :

    $60,000–$78,000 per year (based on experience)
