A sustainable waste management company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at the Durham York Energy Facility in Courtice, Ontario. The successful candidate will supervise plant activities, ensure safety compliance, and foster team development. Ideal experience includes five years in power plant operations with a certification as a 2nd or 1st Class Inter-Provincial Power Engineer. This full-time position offers opportunities for advancement into mid-senior management roles.
