Description de posteReceive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and courier packages promptly. Process outgoing mail and courier accurately for both customers and advisors. Handle and distribute cheques, contracts, and statements. Use internal and web-based systems to gather client information and mailing instructions. Maintain shared email inboxes and respond to inquiries, scanning and printing requests. Investigate and update customer addresses to reduce return mail. Resolve inquiries efficiently and support internal partners with a high level of service. Participate in ad hoc projects as needed. Provide strong customer service and support to internal teams. High school diploma. 5+ years of experience in customer service or data entry roles. Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail to avoid privacy incidents. Positive team player focused on customer experience. Comfortable with varying work volumes. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Skilled in multitasking, organization, and prioritization in high-volume settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated adaptability to change.
Job Description
Mail Clerk
Support high-volume mail operations in the insurance industry through timely sorting, address investigation, and client communications. This full-time on-site role offers exposure to multiple business units, a structured weekday schedule, and the opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills.
What is in it for you :
- Hourly salary of $17.60.
- 6-month contract.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.
- On-site work in a dynamic environment.
