Graham is actively recruiting a Chief Estimator for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, this role provides leadership and oversight of large projects and transit estimating teams. The Chief Estimator brings expertise in conceptual estimating, budgeting, tendering, proposal submissions, and construction methodology, while working closely with the Director to refine leadership skills and pursuit strategies.
