Accountant who can own billing, revenue accuracy, and core financial reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into financial details, improving processes, and making sure our numbers are airtight — while partnering closely with our Controller and leadership team.
About the Role
As our Senior Accountant – SaaS Revenue & Reporting , you will own :
- Invoicing and billing operations , including coordinating with Sales & CS and ensuring accurate schedules.
- SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and deferred revenue schedules.
- ARR / MRR tracking, churn reporting, and waterfall analysis .
- Budgeting and forecasting support , including variance reporting.
- Data integrity across our systems : HubSpot (CRM), billing, and QuickBooks Online.
- Month‑end revenue close tasks, reconciliations, and GL work.
You’ll play a critical role in building a scalable financial foundation, improving reporting rigor, and ensuring clean data flows across the business.

What You’ll Do
Own all invoicing : recurring, new subscriptions, adjustments, and one‑time charges.Manage collections workflows, with the support of CS, and reduce delinquent accounts.Maintain accurate billing data and schedules (subscription terms, contract renewals, pricing).SaaS Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
Maintain and improve revenue recognition schedules and deferred revenue waterfalls.Handle contract changes, discounts, plan upgrades / downgrades, and multi‑element arrangements.Prepare revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and close tasks.Build and maintain SaaS KPI reporting (ARR, NRR, GRR, cohort analysis).Provide insights for internal reporting packages.Budgeting & Forecasting Support
Maintain financial models and assist in updating forecasts.Track budget vs. actuals with operationally meaningful explanations.Systems & Data Quality
Own the accuracy of financial data across HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and billing tools.Improve and document processes for Quote‑to‑Cash workflows.Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure data alignment.What You Bring
