On behalf of our large, public-sector client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Junior Application Support Analyst to support SharePoint, Mobile Apps, SAP Learning Management, and SAP expense applications. This role is an initial 6-month contract with strong renewal potential.

Summary of the Role :

The Junior Application Support Analyst will deliver Tier II support for key applications, managing end-user requests, troubleshooting application issues, and providing guidance on application functionality.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Provide Tier II support for SharePoint, Mobile Apps, SAP Learning Management, and SAP expense applications.
  • Resolve end-user issues, including troubleshooting application errors and providing "how-to" guidance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain helpdesk records within the organization’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system.

Core Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, resolving end-user issues.
  • Helpdesk and Tier II business application support experience.
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems.
  • Experience in an SAP environment.
  • Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Experience working in Crown corporation or large enterprise settings.
  • Knowledge of IT support best practices and tools.
  • Terms :

    This is an onsite role based in Vancouver with two required office days per week at the Edmonds office; fully remote work is not available. Candidates must provide their own laptop, software tools, and cell phone. Background checks, including identity, criminal record, and employment verification, will be required prior to the start date.
