Role : Telco Project Manager

Location : Brampton, ON

Contract

15+ years of IT software development project management experience

Previous management of a minimum 2-5M projects, including financials

Previous experience in delivering through different methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

Lead end to end GTM launches for wireless products / services, coordinating Marketing, Sales, Care, Retail, Network, and IT.

Drive operational readiness : SOP updates, workflows, troubleshooting guides, system validations, and readiness checklists.

Manage UAT, regression testing, device certification, and network feature validation (e.g., 5G, VoLTE, eSIM).

Ensure all customer facing teams were fully trained with clear playbooks, FAQs, job aids, and communications.

Develop customer journey flows and ensured seamless Day 1 support across all channels.

Runn structured governance : risk management, cross functional alignment, and executive reporting.

Track launch KPIs, monitored post launch performance, and led stabilization / issue resolution processes.
