Are you a Canadian corporate professional seeking greater flexibility autonomy and purpose in your work as you move into 2026

Journey to Freedom Consulting & Academy is based and expanding in Canada. We are seeking experienced professionals in Canada to support individuals exploring career transitions personal growth and flexible remote work in an independent consulting capacity.

This is a remote performance-based opportunity designed for professionals seeking flexibility autonomy and purpose in 2026. This is not a salaried or hourly role and not high-pressure sales.

What Youll Do

Conduct structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career change growth and worklife balance
Use a needs-based relationship-driven communication approach
Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM systems
Manage your own schedule and workflow independently

Ideal Background

Experience in consultative sales admissions coaching HR or client advisory roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Open to non-traditional performance-based work models
