Robert Half Financial Services is looking for a Mortgage Administrator for a hybrid contract opportunity in the Kitchener Waterloo region

Responsibilities

• Assist the mortgage underwriting team
• Manage email inbox
• Review mortgage documentation received
• Work with internal teams to ensure residential mortgage policies and procedures are adhered to
• Review physical appraisal documents
• Other ad hoc duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Past work experience in the residential mortgage underwriting field
• Strong understanding of the mortgage business and documentation required as well as credit and lending
• Able to read financial statements as part of the appraisal process
• Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with other parties
• Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment
