As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, suppliers, and other visitors, and you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image for our company.
Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining the reception area and conference rooms
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
