The Opportunity

Due to our continued success and expansion, we are now looking for a Resource Coordinator to provide support to our growing team. This role will be a hybrid position, based in St. John’s, NL.

In this role you will be :

• Coordinating between internal business lines and teams to help meet organizational objectives.
• Helping to manage external contractors and vendors by providing : contract administration, onboarding / offboarding direction and support throughout the term of each engagement.
• Acting as a project lead and subject matter expert for contract administration, working directly within our contract management tool - DocuSign.
• Partnering with our accounting team to produce purchase orders, invoices, and manage client billing.
• Learning how to use a variety of corporate tools and systems such as Zendesk, Smartsheet, and DocuSign.
• Liaising with other Corporate Services teams such as IT and HR to support the management of our internal staff.
• Internally setting up and managing clients / projects within our corporate tools.
• Assisting with the management of timesheets, forecasts and other business requirements.
• Providing advisory support and training on new processes to the management team.

This role will be instrumental to the organization in achieving successful execution of projects and client deliverables that are in alignment with Vision33's high standards of service and timeliness.
