Coordinator, Heavy Maintenance

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate major inspections on aircraft with precision and efficiency.

• Actively participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections.

• Oversee the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow efficiently.

• Coordinate all requirements related to materials, parts, tooling, and outside services for inspections.

• Identify and track project milestones alongside the Project Manager.

• Engage in problem-solving and solution-finding for inspection-related challenges.

• Assess identified defects and provide information for rectification.

• Complete and maintain all relevant technical documentation.

• Support purchasing processes as necessary.

• Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure all technical documentation and log releases are accurately maintained.

• Execute other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

• Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.

• Minimum of five years of experience in aircraft maintenance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs.

• Strong understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

• Proven experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
