The functional consultant is expected to do the following :
- Participate to all the project phases (Functional Specification, Technical Design, Development, Testing, Cutover and Hyper Care)
- Lead and facilitate design workshops, assessments, planning sessions demonstrate leadership experience in upfront projects.
- Testing of the processes and Manage Test results and defects in Client-ALM
- Coordinate and Manage User Acceptance testing.
- Train and develop Business Process Leaders for new user Experience Fiori.
- Develop Job Aid for Fiori processes.
- Involve in change management, incident management, problem management.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently, take initiative to prioritize and resolve.
- Always contributes on process improvements.
Mandatory Experience :
- Experience in SAP Materials Management
- Experience working in an utility organization is an asset
- Experience in Procure to pay.
- Experience in Warehouse process (Inventory Management)
- Experience in Logistic Invoice Verification and Vendor Invoice Management
- Experience in Warehouse Management (Stock Room)
- Experience with SAP Fiori Apps especially Lighthouse app
- Experience in HANA Reporting especially in Embedded Analytics.
- Experience in Document Management System
- Experience in Flexible Workflow
- Advanced analytical skills, planning skills.
Desired Experience :
- Five or more years of experience in SAP Materials Management
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organization skills
