What You’ll Do:

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to clients and members

  • Respond to insurance inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Perform general clerical duties including scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the company CRM

  • Use quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and DocuSign to support departmental needs

  • Stay informed on the ever-changing group benefits landscape through ongoing training and learning opportunities

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • A high level of professionalism and commitment to outstanding client service

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the group benefits insurance industry—training provided!

  • Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred)

  • Excellent computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus

  • LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in Ontario is preferred, but not required
