Position Summary
Philosophical consideration of ethical problems which arise in the context of the conduct of various professions. Areas may include justice, business ethics, biomedical ethics, ethics of education, ethics of privacy and confidentiality (with applications to journalism, social work, psychology), and environmental ethics. Position Requirements Graduate degree in Philosophy and demonstrated competence in the area of this course. In keeping with the Department’s commitment to providing students with the highest quality education, applicants should provide evidence of high quality teaching. The successful applicant, chosen from those who meet the minimum requirements, will demonstrate that they have the highest quality teaching in the relevant subject area.
