About the role :
The Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of Commercial Properties in Eastern and Western Canada.
Main responsibilities :
Required Skills:
Diplôme ou certificat en comptabilité finance ou domaine connexe. Minimum 2 ans dexpérience en comptabilité; expérience dans limmobilier (atout). Très bonne compréhension des principes comptables de base. Maîtrise dExcel et aisance avec les systèmes comptables. Capacité danalyse souci du détail et rigueur. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités. Bonnes habiletés de communication et esprit déquipe. Connaissance de HOPEM ou Yardi (atout).
