Rotman’s Morning Evening MBA helps ambitious working professionals to gain the knowledge, agility and confidence needed to make an immediate and lasting impact in their careers. The Office of Student Engagement supports these MBA students through offering a holistic range of activities designed to encourage personal and professional development that include Student Advising, Mental Health and Wellness and Student Engagement.
The primary role of the Assistant Director of Culture & Community is to manage the student experience of a section of students in the Morning and Evening MBA program (which includes academic advising, and all program supports leading to successful program matriculation). In this role, you will be part of an innovative, dynamic and collaborative team committed to delivering a transformational student experience.
Working alongside OSE staff, students, alumni this role will help to activate events that build community, support aspects of the student club eco-system and assist students at key points along their journey at Rotman to ensure they can thrive in the MBA program.
