Description de posteBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience preferred. Junior Accountant (Contract)
Location : Calgary, Alberta, Canada. 6-month contract, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable / receivable.
- Record financial transactions in ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Handle routine queries from clients or vendors.
- Support senior accountants in various financial activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
