Main tasks

Under the authority of the foreman or team leader, the incumbent must interpret a manufacturing plan in order to assemble the various components;

• Assemble and TIG / MIG weld various parts, mainly made of stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
• Master the inch (imperial) measurement system
• Read and interpret welding plans and instructions;
• Become familiar with the work order and put the information into practice for production.

Skills sought

Professional studies diploma in welding (Requirement);

Minimum 2 years of experience

Be able to work with plan reading and welding symbols (an asset)
