Senior Industrial & Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview

This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role for a builder, a problem‑solver, and a doer.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will take ownership of industrial & mechanical design for new Algo products, working from concept through prototyping and into production. This role is highly hands‑on : you will physically build and iterate prototypes while collaborating cross‑functionally with electrical, embedded, firmware, and cloud engineering teams to develop high‑performance and aesthetic products such as IP speakers, intercoms, enclosures, and industrial communication devices.

• Familiar with tooling requirements for plastic injection molding
